Battle of Britain

A service to commemorate The Battle of Britain will take place on Sunday 12 September 2010.

Anyone wishing to attend should gather at the Airman’s Statue on Thornaby Road for a service that will begin at 12:30.
After the service you are requested to attend at the War Graves in Thornaby Cemetery for a wreath and cross laying ceremony.

Refreshments will be available afterwards at a venue to be arranged.
