Yorkshire Day Celebrations

The Pavilion Shopping Centre in Thornaby is host to this year's Yorkshire Day celebrations.

The event will take place on Saturday August 7th between 12.00pm and 3.00pm. Representatives from the Remembering Thornaby group will be attending with a selection of  memorabilia from times past along with the Yorkshire Ridings Society, Thornaby branch. There will also be children's entertainers including Punch & Judy, face painters etc. You will also have the chance to win a hamper of Yorkshire goodies courtesy of Asda Thornaby in the Yorkshire Day quiz.

The aim of Yorkshire Day is to remind everyone of their Yorkshire heritage.
