Honorary Freeman

Thornaby Town Council intends to recognise outstanding and exceptional contributions to the Town rendered by members of the community by bestowing the title of
‘Honorary Freeman of the Town’.

The title is intended to recognise outstanding and exceptional contribution to the community over a significant period of time in a wide range of activities within Thornaby that has not only benefited the community as a whole but has highlighted Thornaby as a Town.

Do you know a Man or Woman who has made an outstanding contribution to the residences or name of Thornaby?

If you do, they may be eligible to be awarded the Title,
‘Honorary Freeman of Thornaby’

If you would like to make a nomination, please write in the strictest confidence marking your envelope private and confidential to the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Mandale Road, Thornaby, TS17 8LW.
